Next January, when the holidays are past, and it is really cold and you are in need of a tropical vacation, join Paul Spector and Patty Townsend for a fantastic yoga retreat on the beautiful island of St. John in the Caribbean! 

We stay at Concordia, an internationally known and award winning eco-resort, designed to provide intimate contact with the natural surroundings. Yoga sessions are held on a spectacular mountaintop pavilion overlooking the Caribbean. Afternoons are free for swimming, hiking, snorkeling, sailing, exploring and naps.
