The inner sense of our glands feels lively, vibrant, responsive, glistening, and self-aware. In Embodyoga®, we look at the glandular system as support for all yoga practices. We focus on how the glands support us in asana, posture in general, and how they affect our experience of self. We look at how the glandular system as a whole creates a suspension system for our core, and how each gland's innate intelligence is manifesting into form and function.

Each gland supports a specific aspect of our skeletal system, creating levity and vibrancy in our experience and expression of yoga asana.
